Project consisted of renovation of the first floor wing of the east wing of historic Building 314.

GSA USDA NITC POD1A Data Room Remodel
Complete Remodel of POD1A Data Room, Installation of AC Power, HVAC, Cold Aisle Containment,Cabling Management, Lighting, Network Cabinets and Power Distribution Units.

Building 136 – DISA Node Relocation
Project consisted of relocating DIS Node Infrastructure including network cabling, electrical, cold aisle containment, and modular walls.

Fort Leavenworth Post wide Lighting Upgrade
Project consisted of Approximately 1200 Lights for “Energy Conservation and Green Savings”.

Fort Leavenworth Bldg 286 and 1056

Bldg 286. -Replace windows with energy efficient windows acceptable to historical department. Replace rotted siding with hardie cement siding. Includes drywall repair and paint.
Bldg 1056 Harold Youth Center. -Rescreen the Gym floor, replace VCT and carpeted ares with rubber flooring and carpet tile.

Ft. Leavenworth Bldg 1144 replace Chillers
Replace the chillers for the United States Disciplinary Barracks. Replace all building automation controls for the USDB Complex.

Fort Leavenworth Bldg 198 Repair raccoon damage (historical renovation)
Remove and replace drywall and lights. Replace insulation. Treat all wooden framing. Clean and repair existing carpet. Project had to be done under negative air pressure.

Fort Leavenworth Bldg 701 Add dorm Rooms to Fire station
Construct new walls and doors, add lights, add new HVAC elements, and complete all finishes.

GSA -NASS basement Lab fire separation Design/Build
Convert room to a fire rated room including;
Fireproofing, Dampers, New soffit to enclose ductwork, new doors and finishes.

GSA –Goodfellow USDA NITC Fuel Controls
Design/Build of new fuel control and monitoring system

GSA –Goodfellow Design build USDA NITC ATS
Installation of new automatic transfer switches (ATS), update equipment in existing UPS’s perform environmental survey of underground.
